Yoga Instruction
Gentle, intentional yoga practices that use breath, posture, and presence to bring the body and mind into alignment.
Nirakara Vani offers yoga as more than movement. This is a practice of presence, breath, surrender, and remembrance, a way of stepping onto the living current that carries the seeker toward awakening.
Many come to yoga seeking flexibility, peace, strength, or relief from stress. Those are worthy beginnings. But beneath the posture is a deeper invitation: to listen inwardly, to soften the grip of the ego, and to discover the silent awareness that has been present all along.

Enlightenment is not something we force ourselves to possess. It is the current we learn to stop resisting.
The stream is always moving. The practice is learning how to enter it: through breath, stillness, humility, attention, and love. When the body relaxes, the mind softens. When the mind softens, the seeker begins to remember what the soul already knows.

While this work begins in presence, it also meets people where they are. For some, that includes trauma, crisis, or the weight of lived experience that has not yet been fully processed.
Nirakara Vani offers trauma-aware yoga and meditation practices designed to support nervous system regulation, emotional grounding, and the gradual return to safety within the body.
This includes work with individuals in law enforcement, veterans, and others navigating the effects of prolonged stress, trauma exposure, or PTSD.
